The task of LMS is automation of candidates’ estimation by training «Credit wizard», rate increase of knowledge spreading about the financial market, and also automation of all stages of branches’ operation, providing learning process and employees’ testing
The system developed for Joint-Stock Company "MULTIBROKER" is created on the basis of product line eLearning 3000: Learning Management System
(eLearning Server), Content Management System (eLearning CMS) and authoring tool (eAuthor CBT).
The system provides e-learning training and personnel testing, educational content and information development and storage of on all processes connected with training.
Users of system can co-operate by means of e-mail and joint access to resources. Access rights to resources of various users in this case can b delimited.
During the training the content of third-party developers corresponding to international standards SCORM can be used. Software updating is carried out without any stop and termination of training system functioning.
As a result of implementation the planning of educational actions and trainees’ nomination have been automated. The trainees have an opportunity to undergo training on-line at your convenience (in synchronous and asynchronous modes).
At that, the duration of training on a course is strictly limited. The growth of trainees’ standard of knowledge with possibility of carrying out intermediate and total testing is monitored. Reports about training and marks are formed automatically
One of the main features of training system in Joint-Stock Company "MULTIBROKER" is possibility to have a test before authorisation on a site. Results of testing are estimated by system automatically. In case of testing all necessary information for registration in system and further training is sent to the user.
