 Module Assessment Tools allows to automate processes connected with activity on personnel management, certification and personnel development.
By using the module it is possible to solve following problems:
- carrying out of a regular estimation of the personnel of the company;
- the organisation of personnel certification (including on system 360 grad.);
- competence model development;
- realisation of various techniques of an assessment (KPI, MBO);
- the analysis of certifications and assessment results.
The module could be easily integrated with a learning management system eLearning Server, and also with various corporate information systems.
The information model of the company and a control system of the personnel could be used in the module. At work with the module various kinds of an assessment, sets of criteria and indicators can be applied. |
